Wow, what a wonderful October. It was such a blessing to see our church family work together to minister and witness to our community, through Judgement House and the Fall Festival. This was the 18th year presenting Judgement House. We saw 878 people walk thru with 86 of those accepting Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and 62 people recommitted their life to Christ. Thank you “all” so much for the work, love and commitment given during Judgement House and the Fall Festival. It was so refreshing to get back to some normalcy in the ministry and be able to share the gospel.
As I reflect over the past month, and move into November, it reminds me of the goodness of God, and the blessings He bestows upon us as a church and as individuals. I am ever so grateful and thankful to the Lord for each of you, our church family. I did not realize 24 years ago as I came kicking and screaming (not literally) well maybe a little, when Wayne moved our family across the state to become your Pastor that I would love each of you so much. That you all would love us like family - become our forever family. Thank you for being an encouragement and for serving the Lord alongside us with your whole heart. I would like to encourage you to take time this month and reflect on the blessings of the Lord in your life. Then, offer thanks to the Giver of all good things: God. May we use each day to love Him, serve Him, praise and thank Him for His bountiful blessings.
The Bible says in I Thessalonians 5: 18 “In everything, give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
